We process data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, minimise what we collect, and only keep it as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for (Art. 5 GDPR). The site is a purely informational presence — there are no user accounts, no purchase flow, no contact form, and no interactive elements that store personal data on this site.
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Lithuania (EU). Hostinger acts as processor on our behalf; a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The only way to reach us through this website is the contact form in the „Start a project" section on the home page. Submitting the form transmits the data you enter to our server for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry — we do not use the data for advertising, do not profile you, and do not pass it on to third parties beyond the processors named in §7.
Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in preventing abuse of the form). No account is created and no data of yours is stored on this site beyond what you have voluntarily submitted.
To keep the form from being abused by bots, we apply purely server-side checks (honeypot field, submission-timing check, per-IP rate limit, content heuristics). No third-party CAPTCHA service is used, no external JavaScript is loaded for this purpose, and no cookies are set.
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and, where a business relationship is established, for the statutory retention periods that then apply. Otherwise they are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last correspondence.

We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the stated purpose or as long as we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. tax or commercial-law retention periods of up to 10 years for invoices). Server log files: max. 14 days. Contact-form submissions: up to 12 months after last correspondence, unless a business relationship extends this.
